Handmade in Oregon and tested on Mt. Hood, all year round.
Born on Mt. Hood's varied terrain and built for the whole resort. It charges hard off-piste, lays down smooth arcs on groomers, and stays locked in on anything from corduroy to crud.
The 185's DNA in a quicker, more nimble package. Same stability, with a responsive feel that shines in tight terrain and a zippier ride that doesn't give up power.
Our biggest 541, for open bowls and deep days. The longer, wider platform floats through powder, stays calm at speed, and still carves the groomer back to the lift.
Describe it, and see it on a real 541 in 3D before we build it. Only the look changes. It still skis like a 541.

Jesse Scroggins grew up ski racing and spent years looking for one all‑mountain ski that could do it all. He never found it, so he and his friend Brad Duffy, a former racer and board sports engineer, started 541 from Brad's original designs. For more than a decade, every shape has been tested and refined on Mt. Hood, where you can ski year‑round. If we don't like it, we don't sell it.
